Shipments are sent from Costa Mesa, California. We ship Monday through Friday and orders typically ship within 3 business days. Shipping for all domestic orders is a flat rate of $10 per shipment. Multiple goods purchased at one checkout time will be shipped together.
For international shipping, you will be able to select your rate at checkout
Once your order ships, you will get an email confirmation.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please consider the security of your delivery address before placing your order. Once the item leaves our hands, we are not responsible if it’s lost or stolen. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier.
We cannot accommodate international shipping at this time, we look forward to offering this option in the future when we grow!
As a small, independently owned business we can only accept exchanges & offer store credit. Items you wish to exchange must be sent back within 14 days.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn and unwashed with their original tags and any specialty packaging intact if applicable. All sale items are not eligible for exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable but we will happily ship the exchange to you at no charge. Depending on stock quantities, etc., the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.
If an item or a select size of an item of your choice is out of stock, click on the size of the item that you that you are interested in and insert your email to be notifies IF this item will re-stock. There are no guarantees that an item will be re-stocked.
